Dont think I ever ever did that, the most I did was probably once or twice bring my cell phone in while on the throne

You should never use scented toilet paper to clean your computer.  The fragrance they use will give your PC anal cancer or a skin aggravation at the best.

I'm using toilet paper to clean some smuges on my pc, but it seams that the toilet paper is leaving some behind as well. When I use it on some of the metal surfeces on my phanteks enthoo evolve it's leaving behind some weak smudge like marks. The toilet paper is clean and dry. Can someone help me?

Adding onto this, both Glass Cleaning and car cleaning solutions will greatly help. Toilet paper is not reccomended.

Also make sure you get a non-static microfiber cloth, for obvious reasons.
