1. Why do you need a 3rd party Soundcard, integrated sound is really good these days, especially since you bought an X99 board
2. I would say 8 out of 10 because your cable management can be somewhat better and also cause you got a much better set up than me....lol

honestly the sound card was in another build i had before so i just decided to reuse it since i had a spare PCI-E slot. And the cables need to be free because i use the z35 monitor as a tv because i have a sofa not far from it lol and the z35 monitor stand doesnt rotate so if i fix it down i cant move it.

ah i see now, well enjoy that soundcard and have fun with your monitor, but i was mostly speaking of the cabling INSIDE the rig but the cables outside areeee off

a 120mm AiO on a 6700k? You lose! Have fun with your high temps in 6 months.

1TB boot SSD? Pointless! I'm buying a 60gb because I'm not using 400GB on my 500GB SSD!

Phanteks case? Enjoy your absolute shit airflow!

64GB of RAM? You won't even use it all! Unused RAM is wasted RAM!

Sound cards? What is this, 2004!?

Razer products! Bad! Overpriced fanboy bullshit!

X99 motherboard that cost almost as much as I paid for my 1070 last november? You are using a 120mm AiO! Any overclocking you can achieve with that board will fry your CPU on that cooler! Pointless!

Gaming headsets? Pointless! Get 7.1 surround sound like a man!

Overall a pretty pointless and extremely unbalanced computer. Sell it and try again.

I think that system is just fine. I'm guessing it's actually 32GB and not 64GB system RAM though. Or is the 4x16GB actually correct?

My only complaint would be the Razer mouse and keyboard. I've had Razer peripherals  in the past and they just don't last. I won't trust them again.

You must be a blast at parties.

As for the OP.. that's enough raw power to last a fair while haaaa~

Cases are subjective so if you like it, all the power to you, mate. ? I appreciate the simple look inside the case. While sound cards may be outdated for most, may as well use it if you have it. I mean, even with the more premium boards I've owned in the past, my separate USB dac/amp sounded nicer lol.

I'd say maybe center the bigger monitor and set the smaller one to the side with it being vertical and see how that works.

looks pretty nice. i your looking for improvmeents. maybe think about wall mounting the monitors? that whould clear up the desk a bit. and id look for a way to get the headphones of the desk too for a cleaner look. maybe wall mount them too or maybe a hanger for the edge of the desk?also its kind of a shame that pc has to live under the desk but with the size of the desk i too dont see how to have it up there in a way that makes sense.

i use the smaller monitor for gaming because its 2560x1440p and the z35 is 2560x1080p the second monitor is more for watching movies and other productive things because i have more space for more windows on it.

the blue lights are not just blue lights its all fully RGB so i can change for nights and days the blue just looks nice to me but thats all matter of opinion.

And i agree cable management isn't great that's why i put it up here for feed back

the fact you say the 120mm isn't good is a lie i have stable 30-40 degrees c temps even in hot weather as long as you have a good fan the rad stays cool which in turn keeps your cpu cool.

1TB SSD is because i like to keep all my main games on in so they boot up as fast as possible.

the phanteks case honestly has great airflow don't know if this is your own personal experience or your misinformed but with the fans i have in the case it does pretty well considering i have founders edition cards they stay pretty cool for long term use max is in the 60's degrees c

64GB's of RAM yeah that was more of a impulse buy than need but meh if you gots the money why not.

sound card like i already stated in a previous comment it was from an older build that i didn't just want to throw away.

razer products i agree are not the best but everyone has their own opinions on things the mouse fits perfectly to my hand and just enough side buttons for what i need so i went for razer but i didnt wanna buy 2 different mouse and keyboards so i bought the mouse and keyboard so they match each other the keyboard doesnt really matter as long as they function without much delay.

mobo i chose the motherboard because of the name more than anything who doesnt want there PC to have something in the name like Godlike lol.

as for the headset the fact i cant use suuround sound speakers is purely for the fact i live in an apartment building i have to use headsets because i cant produce to much noise and with headphones i crank that up as loud as i want without being a pain the ass for my neighbours and for my none speaking headset i have a pair of bose quietcomfort 25's

thank your for you feed back.

well i dont use a headphone hanger myself and have my monitor on the wall but maybe something like these ?

Thanks for recommending our STAND-V002 dual monitor mount!  It's not quite large enough to support a 35" monitor with a 27" though, and our ultra-wide mount (which supports 17.6lbs per monitor) isn't quite strong enough for the Z35 which weighs about 21lbs without the original stand.  In this situation, the best option I can think of is to use a heavy-duty triple monitor stand (such as our STAND-V003, which can support 22lbs per monitor).  The center mount would be hidden when the two monitors are brought together.

J2fourx, nice build by the way!  The concern one comment had about the airflow has to do with the case's somewhat restrictive front air intake, but your Founder's Edition cards make up for that by exhausting their heat directly out the back of the system.  And they look awesome, so win-win.  And like you, I use an Asus sound card in my home build, and the reason I keep it is because it came with some good software, and it does actually sound a bit better than the onboard Realtek chip.  Not everyone understands the benefits of a good quality sound card for someone who's a bit more picky about audio. :)

oh snap i totally underestimated and didnt read about the actual size of his monitors. totally didnt expect getting a response from an affiliate. honestly didnt even look at the brand. i was just trying to give him a general idea of what type of mount i meant.
