iTunes download ringtone from app into iphone

iphone 5 and this is what comes up in iTunes. I already setup as new to bypass password code, but been using iphone for a bit now, D/L'd all my apps, dont want to go through it again.

Set up as a new iPhone. It doesn't actually clear your device or anything as I just did it for my mom's phone and she has never hooked it up to a PC.

Oh yeah I remember reading that. Hey I will go to it now. I got #'s stored in old phone, can re-d/l apps if I click on the wrong one.

 

Thanks it just put me into itunes which is what I wanted, dont think it really did anything. Perhaps its just setup as new iphone in itunes and doesnt do anything to the actual phone.
