what cpu is that?

I would highly suggest returning that motherboard and getting an ASrock Pro 4, it at least has heatsinks on both VRMs


The iGPU has to pull it's power from the SOC VRM on top of the board, and since it has no heat sinks it's likely going to get very very hot.

Assuming all the power is plugged in, and the power switch is on the power switch header you should be alright, try rebuilding it maybe.

Take out all the PSU connectors and do a paper clip test to see if the PSU is working.

i got the pc to turn on, but now the monitor is not getting signal(i know the monitor works, used it as second screen for a laptop)
