I am just now realizing this as I put my ram into my MOBO. I check the MOBO website https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132855, and my ram website(RAM that came with my pre-built ) https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4M578A2771&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleMKP-PC-_-pla-_-Memory+(Desktop+Memory)-_-9SIA4M578A2771&gclid=Cj0KCQjwtZzWBRD2ARIsAIPenY2n60HhpizAjvvzomsdbVTMDdC98BFsYCL9SSgHntbqx6dgXnYAX8waAmy-EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds. On my MOBO it says DDR4 3600+(OC)/ 3466(OC) and my ram is 2133MHZ. Does this mean I have to buy new ram?

No, the ram will run at 2133MHz speed but the board supports up to 3600 speed RAM, once overclocked.

It should work just fine :)

No not at all. DDR4 is DDR4 as long as its Non-ECC desktop ram. Youll be fine. Ive had a DDR3 1600MHz motherboard before with 1333MHz RAM.

 Server: Xeon E5 2650, 12GB 1600MHz ECC, 8400GS, WD 2TB + 1TB + 1TB, EVGA 500B 500W, Windows 10 Pro

 Laptop: Macbook Pro Retina 2013, i7 4558U, 8GB 1600MHz, Intel Iris Pro 1.5GB, Apple 256GB NVME, Mojave

 Internet: $70/month For 500/100, Actually get 525/102

Nope, 2133MHz RAM will work fine on that motherboard.

By the way, the second link is broken (for me at least).

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
