i3 530 overheating ???

Hey Guys .my pc specs are as follows

i3 530@ 2.93 GHz 

Asus Gtx 760

8gb DDR3 Ram 

Antec 550w PSU 

And Hp elite 7100mt case with MS 7613 ver 1.1  motherboard...

 

So the problem is today I cleaned my pc and re applyed thermal paste to the CPU. And now after some testing I found that my CPU temp went to 75° at load and 40-50° ideal .... Is it normal or dangerous ???

not dangerous but slightly abnormal but who cares

 

it works

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

75C under stress test isnt bad

Is that load CPU only or both CPU and GPU? Those cases have poor airflow, so with a combined load it's about right.

I'm assuming you're using the stock cooler, so yes, these temps are fine.

That is completely normal

You basically got nothing to worry about if the CPU is below 90 degrees celcius

Did you connect your monitor to the GTX760 and not to the onboard VGA? ;)
