crashes Computer Randomly Crashes/Restarts and also freezes monitors despite components still running

Can someone please help my friend? His computer randomly just will crash upon no notice and sometimes will just freeze the monitors and everything else will just be still running I am not too sure if this is an overheating issue because this only occurs during high-performance games but also could be an incompatibility issue with the hardware but I have no clue can someone please look at these specs and maybe could detect any issues.

 

Temps:

Idle: GPU=29-32 Celsius and CPU=27-30 Celsius on FC5

Load: GPU=60-70 Celsius and CPU=50-60 Celsius on FC5

Hmm, I've been having similar issues lately except it's mainly when playing or streaming videos. It's really hard to solve since there are pretty much no logs to work with. There is a built in Windows utility called Driver Verifier which will put huge amounts of stress on drivers in order to see if they will cause a crash. If a BSOD occurs due to Driver Verifier, it will have a specific type of bugcheck code and information in Event Viewer as to what driver caused the BSOD. All instructions on how to use and the command to stop Driver Verifier are available in the link.

**IMPORTANT**

If you end up using Driver Verifier, make sure there is a Windows 10 install disc or USB available. It's possible that Driver Verifier will cause a BSOD instantly at boot which will make it impossible to stop Driver Verifier unless you have have that disc/usb available to get into Safe Mode.

 

This may end up not being a solution but it's worth a shot.

High overclocks can cause this. Especially ones with high or low voltage. Ask him if this is a possibility.
