ShadowPlay Stretching 16:9 to 4:3

I recently got a new monitor. My old one was 4:3. I now have 1 4:3 monitor and 1 16:9 monitor(primary). When I try to record my 16:9 monitor with shadowplay, it stretches the footage to 4:3. I have set the options in shadowplay to record at 1080p, but it still stretches.

Uninstall and reinstall Geforce experience. If that doesnt work, uninstall both geforce experience and your Nvidia drivers using DDU, and then reinstall everything

I am quite smart, but I decide not to express that.

I think MAC is master race.

I may know some stuff, but generally I have gone through my life telling confusing, technical and actually useless things to people who have no technical knowledge just to get them off my back.

Set it to in-game resolution.

Is the 16:9 monitor set as the primary display in the Nvidia control panel?

Desktop: HP Z220 Workstation, 12 GB RAM, 2x500 GB HDD RAID0, + GTX 1060 3GB

Laptop: ThinkPad T430, 8 GB RAM, 1x120 GB SSD
