Should I have 3 pumps in my loop

I have a single PMP-450S @18V driving with riduculous flowrate 3 CPU waterblocks and a GPU with a 2 foot change in elevation and 15 feet of tubing and a fine micron filter.  You don't need 3 pumps.

I am planning on making a dual xeon cooling loop and I am wondering if it is okay to have 3 pumps in my loop,

2 have a flow rate of 500L/h and one has a flow rate of 900l/h to be more specific I plan on using an enermax Neochanger 400ml and 2 uxcell SC600 pumps

if technical difficulties could arise from this kind of loop please let me know

You can but there isn't much benefit, your better off with a single good quality pump with high head pressure than three cheaper units. I would suggest to just get a single D5 unit, also to note the neochanger is not a pump combo unit I recommend due to the use of aluminum for their top cap.

Why add additions points of failure?  As everyone else has said, get one quality pump.

My loop is (going to be) really long with 2 waterblocks 2 480mm (100mm thick) radiators and about 2-3 meters of tubing (using this loop I am attempting to overclock 2 xeons with default clock speeds of 2.2GHz with a tdp of 75w up to 5GHz) and I want to know if there would be any issues with the functionality of the pumps and/or the flow of water

That will still be fine rads aren't very restrictive compared to blocks and unless your planning on pumping the water over 12 feet (4M) straight up you will be alright.

The elevation of your loop only matters when it comes to initial filling. Once you have flow going the movement of the water basically eliminates the elevation changes when it comes to stress on the pump. So if you had a 4m vertical point in your loop, just make sure your pump is towards the top of that... then once filled it will have no issues moving the water.

What xeons are you planning to use, the really overclockables i can think about is x5650 and a motherboard is evga sr2?
