I'd guess it'd have a lot to do with the case. As in how many fans does it have, and what size. If you have a 92mm rear fan blowing in, and only another 92mm fan in the front to exhaust, that'd probably be really inefficient.

Additionally, why would you want to do this?

So info on case and purpose could help.

No, would be fine in 99% of use cases. Its just usually the other way around as thats the way case air flow is deigned and you have more fans available to you from the front opposed to the back

The only cons I can think of is usually cases don't have great fan filtration on the back and this won't be good at all of you have a rear exhaust card (a blower style cooler, like the Founders Edition cards)

The main problem is you usually only have a single 120 or 140mm fan slot at the back, and no dust filters. This means your intake is very limited and your GPU is going to not get any fresh air of its own.

If you aren't running hot components this is easily doable. If you are running hot components you should look for other options.

If you don't take dust factor in count, only drawbacks I can see are drive cooling (if case has front HDD cage) and GPU cooling. But I've seen some OK temps for GPUs when people have done this.
