What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Tmh85

So my computer just randomly crashed so I ran Who Crashed and it came up with this

Crash Dump Analysis

Crash dump directory: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Sun 12/8/2013 8:47:04 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!KeBugCheckEx+0x0)
Bugcheck code: 0x9F (0x4, 0x12C, 0xFFFFFA800C016540, 0xFFFFF80062119790)
Error: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Hope I could help!

First and foremost, You need to update your drivers.

Also boot into your Windows Disk, hit repair, Advanced Options, Command Prompt

OR

In windows, open CMD as an Administrator

And do a system file check (type in sfc /SCANNOW)

Also recommend to give the system a good clean up (malware, programs, etc)

If that has come only once and you haven't had any issues before and after it, then just ignore it. I had that also last week. Or week before. No problems after it. It just means that drivers have crashed.
