which geforce is recommended for under 260?

josh42666
Go to solution Solved by Ensho,

so your suggesting the msi twin forzr 760, am i right?

I have two of them in SLI.  Yes, I think if you go with the 760...the MSI TF Gaming is the best choice personally.  Overclocks well and is inaudible in windows and near silent under heavy load with good cooling performance.  The Asus one is good, but that power plate on the back gets really hot which may make your cpu get hotter than usual under load.  Depends on case air flow, but if you look at that link I gave you...I think you will agree MSI got it right with the TF Gaming 760.

obviously know what i want or want to know, just having trouble of what one to get as im not the best with graphic cards? or is a

MSI GeForce GTX 660 perfect enough?

Basically everyone that makes Nvidia card's I'd trust, if you're unsure just ask people on the forums about them before spending your money :P

There's no point getting the 270x over the 270.

No need for such a large psu.

What do you have right now?

The wattage alone isn't enough. Not all 850w psus are the same...

i use dabs as my ordering alot i know its not even got 80 plus on it but i didnt know much in depth at the time

Ewww.

Anyway, whichever psu you should get depends on the gpu and not the other way around.
