Hi guys, haven't posted here in a while, but I am having extremely annoying issues with my PC.

Basically every time I go to start a game, or load any kind of program my entire computer basically micro freezes.

It is really bad on games. Were it will take over 2-3 mins to actually unfreeze.

It has been doing it ever since I built it and I have completely reinstalled windows to see if it would fix my issue and it is still plaguing me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Build:

6700k

32gb of Gskill Memory

1080ti

500gb 850pro SSD

6TB WD Red Storage.

Maximus VIII Hero

AX1200 Power supply.

Fully watercooled.

You sure it's not doing somehting in the background when it "freezes"? - Leave the task manager open and check next time to see if a process starts using lots of CPU time or ram.

Also, don't forget to quote people if you want them to respond, or put @paddy-stone for example, for my name.

+1 check every single ram stick, run memtest or smth, maybe it is overheating ?

Had a XMP profile setup on it, but It is still giving me issues.

Basically whenever I go to load a new program my entire computer freezes.
