I want an atx or matx cube case. I like the look of this do you have any recommendations? Don't want to spend over 150USD.

Riotoro CR1088 or CR1288. Compact means you'll have limitations for CPU and GPU coolers though so keep that in mind!

I like the 1088 that was just what I was looking for... Except for tempered glass..

Most cube cases are not compact, and the two I know of off the top of my head that have TG are anything but compact :/
