HP OMEN 15 5001la insane high Temps

so i thoug i had my laptop sorted out but man it overheats like crazy even when lifted a good inch from the tables, fans are on the maximun setting via Omen control center Turbo boosts is dissabled  and clock is set to the original 2,5ghz of the core i7 4710hq and it still throttles i already changed the older TIM that came with the laptop with supposedly good one Cooler Master MasterGel Maker Ultra it has 11 W/m.k (compared to the highest end Thermal GRizzly non liquid metal wich has 12.5) and it still reaches thermal throttle territory, the case of the laptop even melts plastic on touch should i get new fans? remove the mesh underneath the case? im tired of this laptop even tho is quite powerfull for what i need im tired of this heating slab, it has 3 heatpipes 2 fans should have propper cooling but no! i cant sell it like this to a customer either because this issues any suggestion? a cooling base does help but its really bothersome to carry the case arround campusimage.png.853d57ed0fd5e5f3bb7e3b0ce21a94c4.pngas

as you can see it reaches max of 85+ c wich then throttles all the way to 1200mhz, with turbo it goes all the way to 3.3ghz and thermals shoot all the way to 98c

i cant RMA this shit is old as balls and i got it for 300$ with no charger and battery, ive been piecing it up together, everything works flawlessly but the temperatures are a tad too high, i mean i expected them to be this high, but not that much, i even bent a pen with it (will upload pics later), temps are normal and everything works normally, but when i game without the cooling pad, it gets really hot, the fans might be bad?

Old Omen laptops has bad build quality and cooling. Can't do anything about it. Time to change a new one.

More heatpipes doesn't mean better cooling. MSI GL and GP series are good examples.

Cant get a new one (yet), thing it was This omen, or the Lenovo y400, and well i went for the 860m instead of the 650m, i also i cant sell it to my clients, as i have  avery good reputation of selling mint systems , and well i cant sell this with an overheating problem
