Port Forwarding Not Working!!

So I'm at a loss for what I'm doing wrong here. If I set plex to automatically configure a port it successfully establishes a connection for about an hour and then magically looses it so I decided to manually set up a port..... with no luck I might add. Do I need to set up a Dynamic DNS? I'll include some screenshots.

Have you rebooted your router after applying those port forwards? I've some funky, truly unexplainable issues with port forwarding like that with my netgear R7500 router.

 

EDIT: Also, have you tried not mix-matching the ports, like just make both LAN and WAN port 32400?

No I haven't restarted but applied the settings which kinda performs a soft reboot.

 

Yes I did try making them both the same, still didn't work.

I had the same issue for a long while. Updating the firmware on my firewall fixed it once a new one came out.

Thats the problem. My friend uses a Comcast modem/router, it wont port forward worth a shit. You might need to contact your ISP can see if they can do it for you. Because they have access to your modem/router and can access any setting. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Yeah, but they have access to all settings. Some ISP's make it so the user cant change certain things so they dont break shit. Plus you dont have access to all settings, some are hidden. This is part of the reason I dont use ISP supplied boxes, I prefer to buy my own, because at the end of the day, they not only have access to the settings, but know every device connected.

This is a telus modem.

They have a ton of features and allow you to port forward perfectly.

I have been running multiple servers from home for the past 8 years.

Well my friend has been using a Comcast modem for years, and it wont port forward worth a shit. Its no an isolated issue, Ive seen others with the problem. Also Comcast is known for putting broken shit back in to service. Which is another reason I dont use a Comcast modem, because I anit paying $10 a month for some broken ass shit.

OP's issue is something else.

No idea why he's using plex, he should be using a different port for manually port forwarding not 32400.

Are you sure you got all the settings correct and nothing has changed?

Has the internal IP if the server changed?

Has your external IP changed?

Does the server listen to the correct internal port number?

Does the remote connection use the correct external port number?

Do you have any other device between the connections that may interfere with the ports? For example another router at home, or a firewall at the remote place?
