boston digital ba735 analog to digital adapter

Look for a USB to s/pdif coaxial converter. Make sure it's got coaxial output.

i have the boston digital ba735 speakers, and they only have a digital input

What do i need to buy to be able to use a 3.5 mm analog input.

I know this article is quite old. However, when I was searching for answers, I run into this similar explanation - and I solved the conundrum FREE by soldering 35mm three wires .. see attached picture for more details.  

 

I am currently enjoying Boston Digital BA735 after plugging it into 35mm analog cable.  It is the right amount of audio goodness.  Hope it helps someone!

Can you send me a more zoomed out pic of this modification?  I just want to be sure I obtain the correct hardware to install.  Mostly because I’m new to this type of diy project.
