You likely will be better off going with a custom water cooling solution from like NZXT as I am not able to find anything specifically for that board to know if its a reference design PCB or custom. If its reference, then any block designed for the RX580 reference card will work.

XFX/Sapphire are usually reference for AMD, however that is a loose term of usually. The best way would be to have the op strip the card to the PCB and compare to an online reference 580 PCB

Don’t bother. For the money you could sell the card and get a better one with that money. 580s are going for a lot now
