Monitor vs Tv for Gameing with both same features

I am planning to buy a display for my day to day PC use as well as Gameing. But I am Confused between a 32 inch Full HD Smart Tv and a 24 inch Full HD Monitor.

The case is both are 60 HZ so it's nothing to go with 75 or 120 or 144 as they don't come under my budget.

But according to my budget a 60hz monitor with 24 inch and a 60hz Tv with 32 inch as well as a smart TV  comes.

So my question is which is better as both are same features same price but a Tv gives some more good features.

TV’s typically have higher (worse) response times and input lag

Only buy a tv when you have the space for one. Use a monitor, it has lower input lag.  Buy a tv once you have space and want a place in your house/apartment to sit down and just watch tv.
