cant receive SMS from apps on Iphone 7+

the title is the condition i am presently facing, and it sucks. i cant use the majority of apps because of it.

 

any help appreciated!

do you have any signal?

if your phone cannot get sms, why not use a dumb old phone just to get the app install code.

i have full bars of LTE verizon, and i have tried connecting to the home wifi as well (which is super fast)...

 

also i dont own an old phone

sms got nothing to do with wifi / internet connection.

is this a new phone? do you have the phone on roaming mode?

can you receive regular sms or it bounced?

try sms from a friend.
