Unless there's been an update, not really. Thanks DRM.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

https://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-PIO-BDR-211UBK-MAIN-16374-Internal-Supporting/dp/B071DQFK9B/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1521071278&sr=8-3&keywords=UHD+Blu+ray+drive

That's the only one I know of that exists. They also make an external one. Just keep in mind you need a Kaby Lake or Ryzen processor or later to view it because of DRM shenanigans. I think. That may have only been a 4K streaming thing.

Pioneer makes a $3000 ODD (it's actually ~$120) for this. You'll also need to look at what other hardware you may need.

Here's the hardware requirements for Cyberlink PowerDVD:

Yes, LG makes One along with Pioneer. Getting it to work legally is not a simple task let alone finding a motherboard that will support Intel's SGX. None of the E class CPU are not supported. It's Intel SGX which is stopping any CPU from watching 4K movies.

AMD is completely left out, There is no way to watch 4K movies on there systems.

Current Build: Project Frost
Gaming Rig Build: Project Ice Dragon
