4G gaming in EU (preferably Germany)

Wondering if there is a way to easily without being able to sign a contract, to get high capacity (2GB+) 4G on a simcard. Either through putting money on a simcard or something. Open for solution, the only requirement is to have it through 4G. 

 

Now it is not within my reach to sign another contract. Nor am i able to buy anything through online shopping

 

Is it still possible to get my hands on 4G data in the EU?

You could get a pre-paid SIM card.

But if memory serves right it is a royal pain to use pre-paid SIM cards in Germany, since they need to be registered.

Well I don't know about Germany but at least over the channel, we can get pay as you go sims which comes in two forms:
- Pay upright and get a set package (i.e. pay £10 and get 4GB of data, some have a time limit, others don't). 
- You pay as you use a MB of data (i.e. with my network [Three UK], you can top up £x amount and pay 1p/MB you use).
