Sadly it is not upgradable?

Are there any tweaks in windows 10 which will allow me to use all the ram that it has instead of using only 1.4 gb?

im going to assume this is a laptop, you probably have a 2gb stick inside? of which some of it is used for your integrated graphics, if you go in the BIOS you can sometimes modify the amount of RAM allocated to Video memory and reduce it, but either way you slice 2GB of memory, you are going to have bad performance, specially on windows 10.
