Does hand break have full support for all those cores with H.265 with that Xeon?

are you doing 1080p or 4k?

also, i realized i dont use H.265, i still use H.264. 

you'll get a little better quality with H.265, but itll take longer.

i'd suggest trying to switch it, and see if the time/quality is worth it to you.

 

also, if you have at least a 900 series nvidia gpu, you can use StaxRip instead of Handbrake, which support nvenc encoding, which may increase speeds
