So I had sinus problems, got a fever, all that bull*. Yesterday, after looking at my computer screen for an hour, I got this pain on the right side of my neck, back part. Hurt like hell, so got brufen, supposedly for pain/fever. It worked miraculously for the day, till I started using my laptop at night. 2 hours in the pain slightly came back, so I went to sleep. Woke up this morning perfectly fine, upon using the laptop, the pain just comes back. Now both sides on my neck hurts like hell. Somebody help me, is this connected to sinus, or is it my posture, cause I've been sitting like this my whole life!

If you exercise, most of your muscle aches will diminish because it will have better support and give you a better posture.

I suffer from neck pain as well and this cold weather isn't helping at all. It gives me a migraine whenever it occurs.

Good for the heart and great cardio work.

Look into some physical therapy techniques online. I'm no expert.

@flamer7

There are lymph glands in the neck, just under your ear near the rear of your jaw, feel there for what will feel like small grapes, if you can feel this, it is normal, and your glands have swollen up, this will be linked to your cold, or fever.

I just went for a short jog , 10-15 mins and for some reason it disappeared, weird.. But thanks for the suggestion :) Hope the pain doesn't come back, though I should say I haven't exercised for 4 years..

Why not both, jog outside not on a stationary

There are no places to jog around here, only a small gym downstairs, too polluted outside heh
