There should be IPS options from LG, at least there is in the US

If you're stuck with TN panels you might as well go 144hz though

IPS has better color reproduction and viewing angles, overall it's just better for daily use

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I have the 24PM59G-P and it's a pretty damn good monitor. The IPS panel is an AMAZING change, and the 75Hz isn't a world apart but it's a nice change from 60Hz. Just keep in mind it has no Vesa mount

I vote for the 144hz to

i just think that will be a good upgrade, from 60hz at not even 1080p to 144hz to 1080p is still a massive change in my opinion

you won't see a difference. they have turned response time into a selling point, as if it is any different than the 16.67 ms that a 60hz monitor takes to refresh. it pretty much means nothing, unless you buy a tv with a bunch of processing that increases latency. then that might be a problem.
