Hey there guys, I just purchased a Logitech Anywhere MX mouse, and just plugging it in, it SUCKS! I've used it on my mac side and boot camp windows side, with the drivers already installed, and the whole thing sucks! On the Mac side, the scrolling is just poor, but mouse movement is alright. On the Windows side, scrolling is poor, and mouse movement is bad! What is wrong with this mouse, it's brand new! Mind you, this wasn't cheap, anyone else has this mouse?

sounds like you are used to a high dpi mouse vs that mouse which is only 1000 dpi.

No, I love low dpi mice, but this one is really bad, it gets stuck every 3 seconds!

that sounds like you are having either reception issues or something is conflicting with the driver. Have you tried it on a separate computer? if that does not work i would just return it.

In my country we can't RMA things sadly, I don't think there are reception issues too, and I don't have a different computer :/

I have had quite a few of those MX Anywhere mouse (older version included) and had absolutely no issues with them, except that my family members stealing one whenever they visited.

Of course, I don't use that for my main rig, but its quite awesome for carrying around.

As mentioned by bob305, you probably just had a bad pick, but its quite unfortunate you cannot RMA.

Damn! Ah well, have to get a new mouse then. Have any suggestions for wired mice which work on glass?

I have that mouse, and so is my brother. No issues.

Actually I did have reception issues, but moving the wireless router from somewhat close to my mouse to further away on the opposite direction and bellow, solved the problem. You also may want to try the provided USB extension to bring the receiver closer to the mouse.

My only issue with the mouse, is with Windows 8 Modern UI App (not the Start Screen, that's fine), it requires 3 step of the scroll to scroll once. This is a driver issue, it used to not be there. If I install the old version my problem is fixed. Hopefully it will be fixed in future updates.
