Does The AMD Stock Cooler have pre-aplied thermsl paste

It does indeed, decent paste too.

Yep, it does indeed have TIM pre-applied.

Actually its probably on par with intels (judging by consistency and temps difference between it and switching to MX4). Also, don't forget the dies being soldered (on non-APU chips) allows them to run incredibly cool, even on stock coolers, which are also considerably better than Intel's.

I was actually expecting Intel to beef up their stock cooler with Coffee Lake. Nothing spectacular, but at least a return of the copper slug (which I don't think I've seen since Haswell? Could be wrong) and a better fan.
