Trouble installing windows

It should be ablet too boot from usb. You can get your Hard drive, put it in a different pc, install windows and place the hard drive back into this pc if you have issues with a direct install.

This is when I tried to install it on the hard using another pc, which Is old but I know was working before. I’m going to try making another windows flash drive and see if that changes anything
