Posted February 19, 2018 Has anyone had any luck with the more recent versions of windows 10 in disabling anything related to updates? I reinstalled windows on my main rig about a 50 days ago, and just yesterday I rebooted it for the install's first time. I had changed the Windows Update service in the windows services manager from manual to disabled, and that seemed to prevent the machine from doing its auto reboots to install crap, but for some reason it found updates and installed them when I went to plug in my PS/2 keyboard, which needed a reboot. These updates already broke several things that were working perfectly fine before rebooting, so my ultimate goal is to completely disable every single thing related to windows update, aside from maybe auto installing drivers. Any ideas how I'd accomplish this? Donate your unused computer resources for cancer and other research. For Zinsey ❤
 Posted February 19, 2018 This: https://www.udse.de/en/windows-10-reboot-blocker Is the best tool by far for blocking auto reboots. I have been using it for a couple of months no issues. Other than that I set the group policy to notify only, although looks like you want more than this... Sync RGB fans with motherboard RGB header.
