Reinstall "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library". I can't remember where the installer is, but you might have to download it.

oh..im not a programmer "function call" maybe caused by devices

I got this when my USB mic and DAC drivers started playing up. I subsequently bought a new Mic and dAC and this didnt appear again.
