EDIT: SELL YOUR BITCOINS BEFORE THEY'RE WORTH LIKE $300 EACH.

I just want to post these three images and speculate on the possibility of the moment not being a good time to jump the bitcoin bandwagon.

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of bitcoin as much as the rest of you but looking at these graphs and putting two and two together has led me to believe that now looks like the worst possible time to invest in BTC.

So what do you guys think? Do you agree? Disagree? Up until this point i've been skeptical of the "Bitcoin Bubble" claims but now it's starting to look like a possibility.

EDIT: Just for clarification, the first two images are the bitcoin valuation at various time scales pulled from http://bitcoinity.org/markets, while the third image is the typical "bubble".

There will be allways falls. But the real question is: does bitcoin has upper limit? If it gets even more used, it can reach 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000, can you imagine world trade being made with bitcoin?

Also investing in litecoing is great right now, both mining and buying.

Litecoins have also dropped from $30 to $22 in the past week or two, litecoin is very closely tied to bitcoin in value.

Uhm at one point Litecoin almost touched 50$...

At least dogecoin wasn't hit that hard. let the hate begin

I did hate at first because I deemed it too herp even by internet standards, but doge is silly, doge is love, doge is life.  And also it's way easier to mine dogecoins and exchange for litecoins if you wish vs straight up mining litecoin.

Damn i traded a few of my litecoins for bitcoins when it was worth 860 better hold on to them.

If Bitcoin crashes, Litecoin may very well follow soon after. I'd get out of the whole business while they're still decently valuable and then buy when the crash has been fully completed.

Anyone who was wanting to pick up a 7950/7970/280X but couldn't, watch ebay for people who are in despair selling their mining equipment. I might pick up a couple if they become abundant and cheap enough ;)

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Users cannot, and will not securely manage key material. Most users can't and the ones that can, wont.

Ask me about Bitcoin, Litecoin, Crypto-Currencies, and/or Mining them.

Haha, yes. Maybe the 7950 will start selling for 7950 prices as they should and not inflated to GTX 780 turf.

Bitcoin's on sale just in time for the holidays!

Bearish short term.

Bullish long term.

Bitcoin/Litecoin are far to disruptive of a technology to just go away ;)

I'm just waiting for China to run out of coins to sell hehe
