IOMap64.sys crashing system at boot

Ωhmbreon

There is an application that is apparently tied to my ASUS Z270E Strix motherboard called IOMap64.sys. It keeps crashing my system just after boot anywhere from once to over five boots in a row. It only happens within a few seconds after I log in. I was told to delete it, so I did, but one instance under System32 stayed, and I was told to not worry about it, but here the crash is again. Whenever I try to delete the remaining instance, it says it is unable to since it is open in another application, but I have closed every single background application that I can. I don't have any screenshots since I'm writing this on my laptop because my computer has crashed for the seventh time in a row.... make that eight.

How can i possibly delete it?
