Best pfSense motherboard

Hi everyone,

 

Does anyone know an good motherboard with dual gigabit LAN (i prefer Intel of possible) and Intel Wireless AC 5GHz in an mini ITX as an pfSense router.

Id get a wifi access point. Use the wifi built in sucks normally. Get something like the unifi system.

 

What speeds do you need?

Gigabit is fine (i am on an budget)

what do you want to do? vpn? caching? adblock? filtering?

If your using a vpn, id get a faster cpu then. and get something like a pentium g4560.

Don’t use pfsense for Wi-Fi. It doesn’t work very well and only supports 802.11n anyways IIRC.
