Should I get a 1070

So I currently have a MSI RX 580 Armor 8G OC 8GB card. I was thinking about changing it to a 1070, maybe 1070 ti.

My current system is: Ryzen 5 1600x, 2x8GB HyperX Fury RAM, Samsung 960 EVO M.2 250GB (For windows and some other files) and Seagate 2TB FireCuda SSHD, and Windows 10. 

Is it worth it to get a 1070/1070 ti?

I would say no just because of current pricing of cards. Not worth it.

Gonna have to say a hard no on that. 

 

1070s are like $900-1,000.......not worth it at all.

I’d do a 1070ti from Nvidia or evga. 

Main RIg Corsair Air 540, I7 9900k, ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero, G.Skill Ripjaws 3600 32GB, 3090FE, EVGA 1000G5, Acer Nitro XZ3 2560 x 1440@240hz

If you have the 580 now I would stick with it for a while. Prices on the 1070 cards are double of MSRP right now. No sense in tossing away money when you have a nice card already.
