I use it for pretty much all of those things. I think most people will use a drive for multiple things so the poll doesn't really work unless you can have multiple choice.

Most of it for movies and tv shows (about 90%), in the highest quality I can find.

After that is my picture library, which I mostly grow by using downloading scripts,

so there's lots of images being added all the time (on average, probably somewhere

between 500 and 1000). Some of those I actually use/look at (mostly space images,

which are often provided in nice high-res versions), others I just collect for later

review and then delete most of them again, keeping the few I actually like (the

reason I download them in the first place is that it's just easier this way than

to look at them in the browser and then right-click-save-as the ones I like).

Then there's music and my images I have created myself (photography).

So, yeah: video files, audio files and images.

how much storage space do you guys use aswell

Multiple Terabytes, I have a box of drives with random stuff from before or old backups of data I don't want on the system but still want. Then, there's old backups of systems I no longer have but I might convert those to VM's if needed for the work that was going on when those were active.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

This is NOT the signature you are looking for.
