Best pc components

So a friend of mine asked if i could build a pc for him under 350 bucks (he Lives in germany) he wants to play games such as cs go and wow on high with 60fps

Can you guys help me storting the components?

best bet would be buying some rig used with a 750ti or sth. like that. Otherwise, maybe the apus that launch soon will allow you to get sth this dirt cheap. but apart from that, you really need to save more to get sth worth it

I just talked to him, somehow he now has a budget of 550(including screen). And i can take care if Windows( i bought 3 Windows pro licences on accident)

You can just download windows 10 for free anyways
