MSi Titanium GTX 1070Ti for $650. Should I get it?

A local retailer near my place is offering a GTX 1070Ti for about $650.

It's a MSi GeForce GTX 1070Ti Titanium card.

You can still find them at RRP, it's just catching them before they sell out that's tricky.

Doubtfully, then again Craigslist? even if there is an ad there it's likely to be a scam... the prices skyrocket across the world.
