Gaming, and high performance games such as GTA and PUBG, United States, I have already gotten the other parts which gives me a budget of 900$ for the CPU and GPU

Well if youre gaming get a 8700k + 1080 (ti if you can find one cheap)

AMD graphics cards arent the cheapest right now, as well as any RX variant is around gtx 1060 performance. I mean VEGA is an option but I would advise against it.

If you already bought the x370 mobo and dont wanna refund it, get a r7 1700

Well, a 4gen old socket.... You can't even overclock on it....

Get a top tier i7 and call it a day if you want to keep it
