Bootcamp screenshots

Hello, I'm running a 2016 MacBook Pro without Touchbar and in Windows 10 I want to take screenshots but since there is not print screen button on a MacBook I looked around and found that the internet believes that "fn+shift+f11" should make it work.

Well obviously since I'm here asking this that did not work.

The snipping tool does not work for what I'm trying to do (take a screenshot of a full screen game).

Anyone know how to get it working or any lightweight programs that I can keybind a fn+ shortcut?

Autohotkey is the best I have heard of. Requires you to DIY the code, but you can probably find a script online that works for you.

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

Autohotkey would be an excellent program to use for this. To save you the trouble, I took the liberty of doing some research into this to come up with a quick script. Not the most comprehensive thing ever, but for 5 minutes of research, it's functional and not buggy.

Once you install AutoHotKey, create a new script by right-clicking on your desktop, and going to New. Then open it (the new script) up in Notepad, and below the headers, insert the following.

*insert keystroke here*::
SendInput, #{PrintScreen}
return

After pasting the above in, you replace all the underlined bit with a keystroke of your choice. Save and exit notepad, then right click and Run Script. If it works properly, your chosen keystroke will be replaced with a PrintScreen + Win key keystroke. This will take a screenshot and place it into Pictures > Screenshots.
