Can you help with my build? (I am not a noob)

Hello thanks for clicking on my post. I have been researching computer parts and how they work for the past 4 months of my life non stop. I am 14 years old and I live in Sigtuna, Sweden. I have found another awesome passion of mine (the other being comic books) and I have been learning about Graphics Cards, Processors, Motherboards, SSDs, Cases, Power Supplies, Monitors, Keyboards, Mouses, Mouse Pads, Chairs and Desks (basically everything you need in gaming setup). I have read quite a lot and learned a lot so I am not a noob when it comes to pc's (well at least I don't think so). I have already bought the Case and Motherboard. I am a huge AMD fanboy so I will not get a Intel or Nvidia but If you guys think I should get a different AMD cpu or gpu or other parts then please let me know. I am aware of the prices of GPU's and RAM but I am willing to buy them at an expensive price now rather than wait a really long time for prices to come down. This pc is going to be for mostly gaming, gaming and recording and video editing but I wanna try some streaming to.My budget is around 10000 Swedish Krona (SEK), you can convert that to Dollars, Euros, Pound or whatever your currency is, I really don't wanna go to far off that budget. I am using Swedish stores and German Amazon since shipping is either free or very low, but you guys can just translate the website. Anyway enough about me here are the parts I have chosen.

If you can spring a little more, I would swap the SSD for:

https://www.amazon.de/Crucial-MX300-CT275MX300SSD1-Internes-Zoll/dp/B01IAGSD5O/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1516549811&sr=1-2&keywords=MX300

and the power supply is old and dated, I would get a better and more reliable unit such as:

https://www.amazon.de/Seasonic-Modular-Netzteil-Computer-Gaming/dp/B073GY89G5/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1516549849&sr=1-2&keywords=focus+gold

or any Tier 1, 2, or maybe Tier 3 unit from here:

Everything else looks decent from a quick glance. The motherboard MIGHT not be the greatest for overclocking but I'm not really up to date on all the X370 boards and their VRM quality so I'll let someone else chime in on that.

If I converted the currency right, that gpu is very overpriced. Get a 1060 6gb or 1070. Skip the freesync, its TN either way. If this is for gaming you can get an 8400/8600k/8700k.

Sorry if you're a die hard AMD fan, but 4000 krona to usd is about $500, which is about 2.5x the original price of an rx 580, so I'd recommend anything other than that.  If you can find one for less than $300 usd/2500 krona, then get it, but otherwise you are wasting a whole lot of money.

If you are comfortable, look used to find a hopefully $100-$150 price decrease, on what will most likely be a card only used for mining (whose performance will most likely not have degraded at all)

Alright then spend an extra $300 or whatever that is in your currency on a GPU that performs the same.

After all it is your parents money, why would you care?

No need to be negative to someone's opinions, he wants to spend the extra $300 to get what he wants, and it looks like he's going to and you can't stop him.

Looking at your profile you seem to have a few parts already, is there anything you already listed that you won't be purchasing again, so I can try and piece out some price differences? (aka do you already own some of the stuff/reuse it from a previous build)
