Try a different power outlet and/or surge protector.

What do you mean by power outlet? Is it the plug on the wall?

Yes, where you plug the PC in, or power strip/surge protector. Then at least it rules out there being a problem at the socket.

I ve already done that. I tried to plug the pc in different power outlet. But not yet try a surge protector.

but no result.

I wonder if this whole house is having some electricity trouble.

Iam thinking about testing this pc in my uncle house

Try another power strip/surge protector first... if that doesn't do it then by all means try other sockets in the house too, a different loop/fuse would be preferable. It could be that the fuse has problems in the fusebox maybe, it's unlikely but worth a shot. If still no luck then I'd just get another power supply.

I'm not a big fan of low quality power supplies, I prefer EVGA g2/g3/p2, but can understand them not being in everyone's budgets of course, the thing is though that these should last you a minimum of 7-10 years, barring faults of course, but that's why the 7-10 year warranty is good IMO. $90 approx depending on model chosen of course is not that bad considering it's one of the most important pieces in the PC, a good power supply can make all the difference in what your experience is like.

I hope it's not the PSU, but if it is then it highlights why having a good one is important. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Thank u for your kind reply.

in this case I was end up buying a new motherboard.

and it works well now.

Though Iam not quite satisfy with how the technician at the service-center handling the problem.

they just decide to replace it with a new part right away without checking everything

Well, if you consider how much they pay the technician per hour compared to what the board costs, it could be cheaper for them to just replace the board without spending time troubleshooting it.

Glad you got it sorted out buddy. Agree with @Tosa that it is most likely the situation that it's easier just to replace, at least at the point of customer service, then they probably have the board looked over by someone that's paid less, and/or scrapped maybe, depending on the problem.
