For $419, HP has a prebuilt with an A12 9800 (7th Gen APU, 28nm, Excavator v2, Quad-Core 3.8 GHz Base, 4.2 GHz Boost, 65W TDP), 16GB of DDR 4 (2400, 2x8GB) and a 1TB 7200RPM HDD. I would just add an SSD (SATA) probably a WD Blue 250 GB 3D NAND M.2/2.5 SSD. Or Id build one with the same APU, a Pentium G4620 ($91) or wait for the Ryzen 5 2400G/ Ryzen 3 2200G (those have Radeon Vega Integrated Graphics, they are APUs, great for non gaming and even some light gaming/video editing).  Look it up on Amazon.
