Help me setup my windows MR

I just hopped on the Windows mixed reality bandwagon (only for $150 its a steal)and every time I go to launch the lab in Steam the game crashes and steam says the game is unresponsive but the headset and controllers are connected. What am I doing wrong

I have a Windows MR headset and The Lab is super unstable for me. it launches but always crashes in a couple minutes while loading. Have you tried other games?

 

Did you download the Windows MR driver on steam (should be automatic but you can find it on the store). And also check that the main Windows MR platform is working

Other games do work. I just played rec room
