Burnt out graphics cards.

Where do I start...

 

So over the past few years I've burnt out 3 graphics card apparently. The first 2 being AMD cards and the second being a 1050 Ti. I've taken it to multiple repair shops and no one can give me reason other than "It happens". Does anyone have any sort of suggestions to why this may be happening and what possible ways I could troubleshoot what could be causing this?

Maybe your PSU is giving them too much power causing the power delivery the cards (capacitors, resistors, chokes & MOSFET's) to blow.

yeah I would tought the same, 

gpu's should not burn out by themselfs

that would likely be your problem, try a psu from a reputable brand and 650w would be more than sufficient for your current build.

Do you run them stock or do you clock them?

Does your case get very dusty?

Do you live next to the sea?

Do you smoke?

wattage doesnt tell much. It's suspicious for an 850w unit to not say the name.
