Need help with a new PC build

I’m looking for help with selecting components for the most bang for the dollar PC. My budget for the project is $1000 US Dollars, and it’s primary purpose is for Gaming, but I may also be needing to do 3D modeling with it. The big thing though is that if I don’t need to spend all $1000 on the build, I’ll be grateful but I would still like to enjoy the games. My requirements are followed in a list of what I need is followed:

Requirments

  1. Be able to handle 60FPS across all games. I’m not  looking to run a game at above 100 FPS, to me that money could go into another unit for the build.
  2. windows 10
  3. at least a 6 GB ram unit (from what I’m told by requirments an AMD or a Nvidia are good brands, I just don’t know what to go with)
  4. No more than 8 GB of ram
  5. 2 TB hard drive for storage of games and 3D cad drawings
  6. Mic and Headphone port (I don’t know if those are standard in PC’s or not)
  7. At least 6 USB ports (anywhere on case)
  8. Air cooled only, no liquid what so ever
  9. Whatever procesors is good

Last but not least, I’m going to add that if it doesnt seem like I know what to get, I don’t, that’s why I’m here. If anyone can understand what I am looking for, then please help by leaving your response in the comments section. Thank you.
