why not? get a graphics card like R9 390 or better and you are good

For the price yeah. All it needs is an upgraded gpu and it would be fine for 1080p gaming.

It does meet the minimum requirements so yes but I wouldn't guarantee anything with degradation over time you dont know if the gpu is going to be running like new so yes but not at any good frame rate I would think. Most likely like 30-40fps.

not much, i would say the 780 ti as your minimal card for a good experience
