Will my clearance under the dark rock pro 3 be enough?

So i am wondering if my configuration is going to work with the ram i am getting. So i will be getting the DARK ROG DDR4 ram x2, and putting it onto a Asus - ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard. cooling my i7-8700k with the dark rock pro 3. on the team group website, they said the Dark rog ddr4 ram is 7.8 mm high. and i found that the dark rock pro 3 clearance is 8 mm. will my memory fit, or will i need to move up the fan to allow for more clearance?

that should be fine, 2mm is plenty. just make sure you install the RAM before the cooler :)

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
