Yeap. Boot on safe mode with Networking and clean them with DDU. Your motherboard should have a boot menu / boot time button visible either on the first screen you see, or on its manual. There you can select safe mode with networking so you can download Display Driver Uninstaller.

Okay so i just got these 2 monitors

and i was trying to configure them in 3840x1080 but then all the sudden my pc crashed and if i try to start my pc, my monitor says it can only display 1080p, because it was set as 3840x1080, PLS HELP

Boot in safe mode, run DDU to nuke the drivers and restart and it should be fine again

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

I have done this before and it has actually kept my monitor settings after a clean driver install (my 1600x900 monitor bumped up to 1080 by Virtual Super Resolution), so  I would suggest, go to safe mode, nuke with DDU, then set the monitor's resolution to 800x600 on Windows settings before installing the driver again.
