Mount a different fan to stock amd 3+ heatsink

I have an amd, 4300 cpu with stock heatsink fan, I want to replace the fan on top of the heatsink, how can I mount a slightly larger cpu fan to it?, can I use glue or does it have to be screws?

You can use whatever you want. As long as you will have a fan there it's fine. I'd recommend using zip ties in case screws do not align. They are a little less pernamenet than glue.

As long as the zip ties do not push against the fan blades, it should work great.
